TERRA-Neo on October Sheet of DFG Math Calender

The October sheet of the 2014 DFG Math Calendar features an early simulation result obtained with the TERRA-Neo code.

TERRA-Neo is a project on the Integrated Co-Design of an Exascale Earth Mantle Modeling Framework. It combines expertise from four renowned groups in Informatics, Numerics and Geophysics at FAU, TUM and LMU and is funded by DFG as part of the German Priority Programme 1648: Software for Exascale Computing (SPPEXA).
