Prof. Fumiko Tajima will stay with us until 2010!

Prof. Fumiko Tajima, formerly of the Univ. of Hiroshima, is receiving continued funding to spend a second year as a guest scientist with LMU geophysics. We are very much looking forward to continuing our collaborative efforts with colleagues in Japan. Profs Tajima, Bunge and Dingwell will be co-sponsoring sessions at the annual JPGU-conference near Tokyo next May where roughly 4500 scientists mostly from Japan will attend.
